Shirley Lodge # 531 was Chartered 5/22/1877 in the small town of Warrington, IN. Warrington is just a few miles Northwest of Shirley. The actual date the lodge was moved is unclear.

Our fraternity is open to responsible adult men (18 and above), of good character, with a belief in a Supreme Being, and without regard to religion, race, income, education, or political opinion.
